The M/V KIMU (pronounced: keemoo). Named for the Kittlitz's Murrelet AOU alpha code, she is a 38' fiberglass vessel with large windows in the main cabin and an open flybridge for 360 degree bird viewing. Twin Yanmar 350 h.p. engines allow her to cruise comfortably at 18 - 20 kts, getting us out to all the birding hotspots and back in a day.
